♦ Cocoa Bean Roaster: The drum roaster evenly heats the beans to develop rich chocolate flavor and reduce moisture.
♦ Cocoa Bean Peeling & Winnowing: The machine is for peeling and crushing the roasted cocoa bean, separates the shell and nibs efficiently for further grinding.
♦ Cocoa Nibs Grinder/Cocoa Liquor Machine: Nibs are ground into cocoa liquor (paste) with fine particle size and uniform texture.
