The pistachio shelling machine unit is a fully automatic shelling solution designed specifically for pistachio processing companies. It efficiently completes processes such as sorting, cracking, shelling, grading, and cleaning, significantly improving production capacity and stability. The equipment is suitable for pistachio processing plants, nut food factories, and agricultural product processing enterprises.
Pistachio Shelling Machine
Working Principle
The pistachio shelling machine uses a cleaning and grading system to separate raw pistachios into five grades.  Each grade is then shelled individually, ensuring thorough shelling of each batch. The initial shelling rate reaches 45%. Unshelled pistachios are sorted and returned to the shelling machine for a second shelling process, improving shelling efficiency, increasing the percentage of whole kernels, and reducing kernel breakage.

Equipment Features
1. High shelling rate, easy operation, and clean separation of shell and kernel.
2. Adopts an adjustable design, allowing the user to change the gap between the grinding wheels according to the material characteristics to achieve the ideal shelling effect.
3. The elastic ball design at the bottom reduces clogging.
4. The use of a vibrating negative pressure sorting machine and a spiral unloader facilitates the collection of shells and reduces dust generation.
5. The entire equipment uses a vibrating motor as the vibration source, making installation convenient and quick without the need for a foundation.
