Cashew Nut Shelling Plant Main Equipment:
♦Cashew cooking machine: Cooked cashew nuts are cracked in automatic cashew nut shelling machines. A roller bearing is used to adjust the distance between rollers for cashew nuts in different size. 
♦Cashew nut shelling machine: The machine is a professional equipment to remove almond shell,the machine has the advantages of high shelling rate.
♦Cashew kernel and shell separating machine: The machine is used to separate cashew kernels from cashew shells and unshelled cashew nuts. After through cashew nut shelling machine, cashew shell pieces and kernels are separated by cashew shaker, and unshelled cashew nuts are returned to be re-shelled.
♦Cashew nut peeling machine: The skin of each cashew kernel is removed by cashew kernel peeling machine for deep-processing products. This automatic cashew kernel peeling machine works with a air compressor and the internal parts of peeling machine are made from high quality stainless steel.

Cashew Nuts Processing Flow:
The raw cashew materials are graded into three to five levels according to different sizes by the classifier, then the cashew nuts are feeding into the cooking machine by elevator, the cooking machine is equipped with the steam boiler, due to the different thermal expansion coefficient, cashew kernels and shells will be separated as they cooled and easy to be shelled, the cashew materials are shelled by the special cashew nut shelling machine, and then are peeled by the cashew peeling machine, roasted by the roasting machine.
