The oven oil temperature should be controlled at 290 °C-300 °C, the temperature is controlled by switching the fuel door. When the oil temperature is higher than 300 °C, the fuel door is opened to cool down. When the oil temperature is lower than 290 °C, the fuel door is turned off. The oil temperature should not exceed 300 ° C to prevent the heat transfer oil from reaching the boiling point.
During the baking process, such as roasting white peanuts, the working temperature is 180 ° C, the baking time is about 20-25 minutes, the roasting red working temperature is 200-220 ° C, the baking time is 60-70 minutes, roasted peanuts The working temperature is 200-220 ° C, and the baking time is 70-80 minutes. Because the peanut water is different, the staff should first bake the 1-2 furnace to find out the data before batch production.
When the fire is warming up, turn off the inlet, outlet and outlet of the oven to ensure the working temperature of the oven. When the material is fed, open the outlet valve to allow the moisture to drain.
The studio is made of stainless steel plate (or wire drawing board) to ensure the durability of the product. Each cage should be separated by 10-15 minutes when feeding, to prevent simultaneous discharge and affect the quality of peanut baking.
During the baking process, the forward and reverse buttons should be activated intermittently to allow the peanuts to be evenly heated in the cage.
