At this time, the green light on the temperature controller is on and the red light is off. The temperature of the machine is automatically controlled and maintained at the set temperature of 150-200 ° C. When the temperature is low in winter, the oil is turned off. The disk heating switch is turned on to raise the temperature of the oil pan to facilitate the flow of oil.
(6) Press the main engine forward rotation button, the main machine starts to run, and the rotation direction should be clockwise rotation.
(7) After the installation of the new oil press, it should be ground for 2-8 hours by using the cake that has been oiled (coconut, rapeseed cake, soybean cake, cotton cake or cotton shell, rice husk) Slowly feeding from the hopper, repeatedly pressing back, so that the screw is polished, the oil cake, and the molding is smooth. Remember to start pouring without pouring the material directly into the hopper, and it is better to feed it with your hand to prevent the screw shaft from being stuck. . If the feeding is too strong, abnormal sound is heard in the pressing or the screw shaft is stuck, stop immediately, eliminate the obstruction, or re-assemble and then start the grinding. It is forbidden to force the trailer or reverse the material.
(8) When normal oil is pressed, it is necessary to keep the feed evenly. Do not overdo it or cut off the material. At this point, the machine load is normal, the operation is stable, and the sound is rhythmic. The thickness of the cake is normally controlled at 0.5-21mm, and the cake is smooth. The low pressure section has no slag. The high pressure section has a small amount of oil slag, but the proportion of slag in the oil is not more than 10%, and the temperature inside the squeezing can reach 150-200 degrees. Green smoke from the mouth of the cake should be discharged from the smoking tube through the shield. The hot cake should be spread out in time to avoid spontaneous combustion. When the continuous working time is too long and the machine temperature is too high, measures such as fan blower should be taken.
(9) When the pressed oil flows into the oil filter drum, press the vacuum pump button, the vacuum pump starts to run, the air in the oil filter barrel is pumped out, and the negative pressure is formed in the barrel, and the oil on the outside naturally flows into the filter drum. The oil slag is isolated on the filter cloth. After the pressing is completed, after the oil is pumped out, the vacuum pump is stopped, the valve on the oil filter barrel is opened, the filter cloth is formed into dry slag, and scraped with a scraper to filter oil. The pure oil in the barrel is discharged from the bottom valve of the oil drum.
(10) Stop feeding before stopping, and release the cake opening, then put a small amount of cake scraps. After the residual material in the press is drained, the cake is no longer out of the cake and can be stopped. After stopping, turn the screw counterclockwise out 1-3 turns, then disconnect the power supply.
Maintenance of the coconut oil press:
(1) The lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of operation. The oil blank on the gearbox should not be short of oil. The screw shaft adjustment screw bearing adjusts the screw hole to add the grease once. Dry grinding c is strictly prohibited.

(5) When the season is over for long-term storage, maintenance should be carried out once, and the screw, the squeeze bar and the cake outlet should be removed and washed and re-applied in a dry place.
